How long will it take to complete?
Total, this course is slightly over an hour. There are 3 sections, with 2 videos each - it's designed for you to watch all the way through or watch & implement as you go. The implementation and practicing of the skills I the real world can seamlessly be woven into your daily life. Go at your own pace!

Is this a diet or weight loss program?
Stop Eating Your Feelings™ is a mindset and tool-based course that focuses on the emotional, psychological & nervous system patterns behind emotional eating. Many people who have gone through the course note an improvement in their relationship with food, but weight loss is not the focus or promise here.
